Health Net offers toll-free telephonic customer service support between the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time (6:00 am to 6:00 pm Central time). The Provider Locator Service assists in locating a TRICARE provider and operates during normal call center hours, as well as off hours and weekends.

When calling, choose the self-service Interactive Voice Response (IVR) automated service system or speak with a live representative. The IVR system allows 24 hour, seven days a week access to self-service options including:

	Confirm TRICARE eligibility
	Check enrollment fee payment status
	Make an enrollment fee payment by credit card
	Check claim status
	Access the AudioHealth Library and listening to recorded health topic information about different medical conditions. The AudioHealth Library Brochure contains the list of health topics available through the IVR. The brochure is available through the Health Net Web site or TRICARE Service Centers.

Health Net's Customer Service Representatives can assist with questions and provide specific program information. When calling, choose assistance by topic including TRICARE Prime enrollment, authorizations and referrals, and claims.
